What's invitation? How to make an invitation?
Now I will explain to you about the invitation.
Invitation is a
request by one person to another to do something or invite someone to a place.
Invitation has two types, namely:
1. Formal Invitation
Official invitation is usually originate from institutes, companies and kind of out of it. Normally formal invitation is written
invitation.
Example:
2.Informal Invitation
Informal invitation is personal invitation given to family,
friends, etc. Informal invitation can be written invitation and verbal
invitation.
example:
Invitation may be submitted orally or in writing.
in an invitation card consist of:
1. Delivery date
2. Receiving invitations
3. Occasion (should be clearly stated what event to be held)
4. Date (include day, date, month, and year clearly)
5. Time (Include time of the event so guests know what time
the event will start)
6. Place (please place / address of event organizers clearly
if necessary with site plan)
7. The sender of the invitation
8. RSPV (usually used the sender to confirm the recipient if
he could attend the event or not)
